Delete your Snakke account

You can delete your Snakke account, made by Arc Labs AS, at any time. It is the same account on snakke.app and in the Snakke apps for iOS and Android.

In the app

1. Open Snakke and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted right away.

By email

Send an email to hei@snakke.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address and name.
• Your learning progress, vocabulary, scores and streak.
• Your AI tutor chats and what the tutor remembers about you.
• Your onboarding answers and subscription status.

What is kept

Anonymous usage statistics with no link to you, and payment records that we must keep by law for up to 5 years under Norwegian bookkeeping rules.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account cancels a subscription bought on snakke.app. A subscription bought in the iOS or Android app is billed by Apple or Google, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings as well.
